At ColorIt, we want you to love every vibrant piece you wear, so if your purchase isn't a perfect match, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
